The top 4 teams (highlighted) make the postseason. The magic number is counted in points — how many more points guarantee no rival can catch up even by winning every remaining match at the maximum (3 points). See the guide for the method.
The V-League orders its table by points, not win count. A 3-0/3-1 win earns 3 points, a 3-2 win earns 2, and even a 2-3 loss earns 1 — so two teams with the same number of wins can have different points. The top 4 teams make the postseason, and if 3rd and 4th are within 3 points of each other, they play a single win-or-go-home semifinal first. See the postseason guide for the full format.
